Selected in various other entrance tests. opted Navodaya Medical College in 2005 through all India entrance test Passed MBBS in 2011 from Navodaya Medical College comes under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bangalore. In 2013 I got 900 ranks in all India DNB entrance and opted Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital and Research centre Bhilai (gen medicine). Passed DNB in first attempt in 2016 June. (Practical exam centre-AFMC pune) Got 2nd prize in paper presentation in CGAPICON. 3 times cleared PGI Chandigarh theory entrance dec 2016- dec 2017. Joined ILBS in 2018 in the dept of hepatology as DM student rough NEET -SS with all India rank 7. It is one of the premiere institutes in India and one of its kind in Asia and doing lots of research on liver, gall bladder and pancreas related ailments. Passed DM after 3 years of training Worked under the prestigious and world-renowned doctor and mentor Dr S.K. Sarin and other world best faculty Dr Vikram Bhatia, Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma and Dr Rakhi Maiwall After passing from ILBS I was working as consultant in ILBS till march 31st 2022. I moved to Siliguri and joined Maharaja aggarsen hospital and research Centre Fulbari. Started and developed the gastroenterology department. Converted that Centre to high volume ERCP Centre in one year. More than 200 ERCP done. Started HVPG (liver angiogram) first of its kind in west Bengal. started high-definition capsule endoscopy. First in north Bengal and north east India. Done plasma exchange therapy for alcoholic hepatitis , first of its kind in north Bengal .

Activities

Conducted study in central India on the patients of ulcerative colitis and about to publish in index journal. Worked on ascites and coagulation derangements during continuous renal replacement therapy through ROTEM

Work Experience

One and half year I worked as SR gastroenterology in the department of Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital and Research Centre Bhilai under the guidance of Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Issar (DM gastroenterology GB Pant hospital Delhi) and Dr. jeevanlal gedhle (DM gastro PGI Chandigarh) from 2016 to 2018. Accepted poster presentation in EASL, AASLD and korean digestive weeks.
