As a seniormost member of our clinic it is my responsibility to introduce my other colleagues. After many years of working alone I am privileged to have a colleague, Dr Kunzang who is extremely competent and shares the same attitude towards medicine, practising in an ethical manner. This helps in continuing care of the patient even if one of the doctors are unavailable. This also helps in knowledge sharing amongst professionals leading to better patient care. I have been working with my senior audiologist Mr Nagmani Kumar for last twenty years. He is dedicated to ethical adult hearing rehabilitation practice and vestibular examination. We have recently collaborated with Decibel Hearing from Kolkata who brings with them a vast experience in childhood hearing rehabilitation, swallowing and speech therapy services. They are represented by Deboshree who shares the same ethics as ours in practice. Mr Pradeep works as secretary and assists us in the running of the clinic.He makes the appointments and maintains communication with the patients. Mr Raju is employed under us who makes sure that our clinic is clean, sanitary and functioning so that our patients feel comfortable and welcomed.
